Audrey is a Dallas native who has been a registered nurse for five years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Midwestern State University. She has worked at the Medical City Heart Hospital in the Cardiovascular ICU and Progressive Care Unit managing the nursing care of critically ill patients. At Children’s Medical Center, Audrey was a Child Life Seasonal Aide and an Oncology Child Life Intern. Her certifications include Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Stop the Bleed. Audrey is an active volunteer, most recently at Boys & Girls Club, The Pregnancy Center of Wichita Falls, and The Salvation Army of North Texas Echelon.
Rachel was born and raised in Dallas and has been a critical care nurse for two and a half years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing at the University of Arkansas where she was regularly on the Dean’s List. She has worked at Medical City Heart and Spine in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and Progressive Care Unit, and at Medical City Dallas in the Progressive Care Unit. Her certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support. She enjoys volunteering with Meals on Wheels and fundraising and spreading awareness of women’s health with the American Heart Association Go Red for Women campaign.
Monica is a native Texan who grew up in the Dallas area. She has more than 10 years of broad-based experience in medical office management and direct patient care. She was previously the practice manager for Synergy MSO, an internal medicine group, and spent three years as the office manager for North Texas Preferred Health Partners. Monica manages our onboarding process and ensures the CC:MD patient experience is exceptional. She is a registered medical assistant with basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and HIPAA certifications. She studied business administration and management at Richland College. In her free time, she enjoys being a boy mom, reading, spending time outdoors, and weight training in the gym.
Brittany is a traditionally trained clinical medical assistant with more than 14 years in the medical field at various practices. She has a keen understanding of our goals for creating an amazing patient experience. Before joining the CC:MD Medical Concierge Team in 2022, Brittany was the clinical lead, new employee trainer, and phlebotomy trainer for The Cardiac & Vascular Interventional Group for nearly 10 years. She has also worked as a billing specialist and medical assistant in a family practice, at Bumps N Bruises Pediatric Urgent Care, and for Metrocare Services. A Dallas native, Brittany attended Westwood College in Dallas. She loves taking care of people and is passionate about bringing kindness to every interaction. Brittany says she rarely meets a stranger!
