Brittany Wood, Front Office Coordinator

Brittany is a clinically trained Registered Medical Assistant with comprehensive experience spanning a variety of healthcare environments. Her deep-rooted dedication to patient-centered care aligns seamlessly with our mission to provide an exceptional, personalized patient experience. Before joining the CC:MD Medical Concierge Team in 2022, Brittany spent nearly a decade at an interventional cardiology practice, where she excelled as Clinical Lead. Her diverse background also includes experience as a Financial Counselor at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, further broadening her insight into both the clinical and administrative aspects of patient care. Originally from California, Brittany relocated to Texas in 2006 and completed her medical training at Westwood College in Dallas. Our patients appreciate her compassionate demeanor and natural ability to build meaningful connections. Her goal is to ensure that every interaction is warm, supportive, and impactful.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside her son—a passion that reflects her strength, and discipline.
