Monica Torres, RMA, Office Manager
Monica is a native Texan who grew up in the Dallas area. She joined the CC:MD Medical Concierge Team with more than 10 years of broad-based experience in medical office management and direct patient care. She was previously the practice manager for Synergy MSO, an internal medicine group in Dallas, leading day-to-day office operations and overseeing administrative functions for a team of five physicians and staff. She spent three years as the office manager for a concierge practice, North Texas Preferred Health Partners. Monica takes the lead in managing our onboarding process and ensures the CC:MD patient experience is exceptional. She is a registered medical assistant with basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and HIPAA certifications. She studied business administration and management at Richland College. Monica has a passion for the healthcare industry and strives to provide exceptional patient care. In her free time, she enjoys being a boy mom, reading, spending time outdoors, and weight training in the gym.
